Poor soil stewardship is creating a crisis in top soil available for food production –&nbsp;&nbsp;at the rate we’re going, according to the international Food &amp; Agriculture Organization (FAO) we only have 50 years of topsoil left. Because conventional farming practices have released so much carbon from the soil, farming is also fueling climate change.&nbsp;&nbsp;Soil SuperHeroes are working to&nbsp;reverse that damage and turn soil into a&nbsp;&nbsp;carbon sink to store the excess carbon contributing to climate change.
