What’s Good is a ‘not-just-for profit’ online marketplace, specializing in environmentally and socially responsible products for home and office.
We believe a customer shouldn’t have to forgo a healthier, greener choice because the right choice is too expensive or too hard to find. We believe What’s Good customers do more than buy, they understand the power of their dollars—each dollar that he or she spends is an action, a force that sends a message, limits our negative impact on the earth, provides a living wage for our employees, and contributes to the greater good.
Our vision is to become the trusted online resource for ‘good’ products from makers and small businesses who care about the greater good, providing informative content, convenient shopping, and good-friend customer service, while generating good opportunities for our employees, and significant returns to the greater good.
Our mission is to provide healthy, green, ethically sourced products in one place at competitive prices along with helpful content, friendly and knowledgeable customer service (delivered by humans), all while sustaining give-back programs that support the greater good and a company culture that enriches the lives of our employees.

About products you sell
All of our products fall into the eco and socially responsible realm. There are many shades of green, and in order to be relevant to a broader audience and in fact to welcome them to the green side, we purposely try not to be preachy or 'should' our customers to be extreme. For example, we have a handful of products that contain plastic, but it is always recycled. Another example would be we have a few products that are made in China, like our Que Silicone and SS water bottle; it is impossible to source SS not manufactured in China. We are transparent on our site and always share where the product is sourced. We only partner with suppliers who share our values.
Each product has a varying degree of information in the following categories:
What's Good? -- What is good about the product, both from a benefit and eco standpoint.
What does it replace? -- For example, cloth sandwich bags replace plastic zip baggies.
Materials - What's in it?
Sourcing - Where is it made, not where is the company HQed.
