CleanTech Methods (CTM) provides consulting services and software for the clean energy sector, with clients spanning across the private, public, multilateral and not-for-profit sectors, including NREL (the only federal laboratory dedicated to the research, development, commercialization, and deployment of renewable energy and energy efficiency technologies), IRENA (the International Renewable Energy Agency, an intergovernmental organization that supports countries in their transition to a sustainable energy future), various clean energy project developers, etc.
CTM’s consulting services include market analysis (e.g. inventory studies, consumer demand surveys, competitor analysis, etc.); diagnostics (translation of data and information to knowledge of what is working and where to target improvements); strategy analysis and development, policy recommendations, and financial and economic modeling (in the areas of climate change and clean energy, respectively); as well as investor presentations (preparation of documentation for investor pitches, etc.).
CTM’s has developed software products to create new clean energy customers, unlock capital for clean energy projects and enable local governments to design, manage and implement climate change and clean energy programs and policies. CTM’s three main software products are (i) CustomerConnect (provision of targeted data and analysis about potential clean energy customers to clean energy developers and installers to facilitate and enable customer acquisition); (ii) LenderConnect (provision of standardized, automated and digitized data and processes about clean energy projects and customers to debt providers to facilitate and enable the financing of clean energy projects); and (iii) ResultsConnect (provision of information, data and analysis about clean energy projects, policies and financing to local governments to support with the design, management and implementation of climate change and clean energy programs and policies).
